Systems Interface has been designing controls for the pasta industry for 30 years. It is a part of our history and certainly a part of our future.
One of Systems Interfaces first projects back in 1984 was to upgrade all the press and dryer controls (5 lines) at Golden Grain Macaroni Company in Chicago along with all the storage bins and packaging machines. Three decades later, we still love doing upgrades and building control systems for this industry.
In 2010, Systems Interface installed a new AXOR pasta line at Dakota Growers in Carrington, North Dakota. The pictures below are from that site. The primary control products used were Rockwell Automation's CompactLogix PLC, PanelviewPlus, RSView 32 for the operator Workstation and PowerFlex 70 and 700 VFD'S for all the fans and conveyor controls.
If you would like to talk to us about upgrades in your plant, please call Tim Rogers at our office and we will put together a proposal for the best controls and right system for your facility.
