Baking Tech 2018

Yeast Systems, a division of Systems Interface Inc. was an exhibitor at the American Society of Baking’s “Baking Tech 2018” trade show held at the Chicago Hilton from February 25 – February 27, 2018.

The emphasis in 2018 was “Sustainability – Success through People, Products and Productivity”.

The American Society of Baking is a professional organization comprising commercial baking professionals, food technologists, engineering, equipment, ingredient and service experts dedicated to advancing baking and baking science technology.

It’s all about people, planning and resources.

The emphasis of the Yeast Systems exhibit was to showcase our expertise in Liquid Yeast Handling systems, liquid ingredient feed systems, Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and other food industry systems.

The exhibit was manned by Tim Rogers, Systems Interface Inc., Director of Business Development and by Justin Blankenburg, Yeast Systems Project Engineer and Yeast Systems Sales.
