Our typical CIP skid contains a heater, heat exchanger, CIP tank, flow transmitter, ph and Conductivity sensors, ph and conductivity controller, CIP low and high level probes, pump motors, valves, and local area disconnects.
To the right of the Skid you will notice the NEMA 4X stainless steel CIP control panel which houses the HMI terminal, the motor circuit protectors and contactors, and the programmable controller. Note the convenience outlet on the front of the panel which allows a programmer a safe way to access the panel.
