Systems Interface has been designing controls for the pasta industry for 30 years. It is a part of our history and certainly a part of our future.
Since 2012 Systems Interface has teamed with the DeFrancisci Machine Company LLC (DEMACO). DEMACO is a US Manufacturer of Food Processing equipment including Pasta presses, Snack Extruders, Mixers, Dough Sheet Formers and High Speed Ravioli Systems. As part of the DEMACO team, Systems Interface designed and manufactured the electrical controls for these machines.
In 2010, Systems Interface installed a new AXOR pasta line at Dakota Growers in Carrington, North Dakota. The pictures below are from that site. The primary control products used were Rockwell Automation’s CompactLogix PLC, PanelView Plus, RSView 32 for the operator Workstation and PowerFlex 70 and 700 VFD’S for all the fans and conveyor controls.
If you would like to talk to us about upgrades in your plant, please call Tim Rogers at our office and we will put together a proposal for the best controls and right system for your facility.
One of Systems Interfaces first projects back in 1984 was to upgrade all the press and dryer controls (5 lines) at Golden Grain Macaroni Company in Chicago along with all the storage bins and packaging machines. Three decades later, we still love doing upgrades and building control systems for this industry.
